Production process

The process of producing cassava starch includes 7 main stages
Stage 1: Receiving fresh cassava tubers.
Stage 2: Washing and cleaning tubers: This stage is carried out to remove impurities on the cassava tubers' skin, including preliminary washing steps, separating soil and rocks, separating hard shells and rinsing with water.
Stage 3: Chopping and grinding tubers. The purpose of this process is to break the tubers into small pieces, increasing the ability of starch to dissolve in water and separate the pulp
Stage 4: Centrifuging to separate the pulp. Centrifugation is performed to concentrate the milky liquid and remove the pulp. The purpose of centrifuging to separate the pulp is to separate the starch from the water and pulp.
Stage 5: Recovering raw starch. Separating raw starch can be carried out by multiple sedimentation, filtration, or/and centrifugation with the purpose of separating the pulp and separating the liquid
Stage 6: Recovering starch.
Step 7: Finishing the product. Product packaging.
